Step 1:
We begin to prepare our aguachile, for this, in the glass of a blender we add the juice of the limes, the fresh cilantro, the jalapeño, a little salt and crush all the ingredients very well, then we place the shrimp in a deep bowl, add the sauce and let them rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
After 10 minutes, remove from the refrigerator, add a little cucumber, a little red onion and now we just have to enjoy this delicious aguachile de camarones.
Tips for preparing Aguachile de camarones (shrimp aguachile)
You can use shrimp or prawns.
If you do not have lime, you can substitute it with lemon or you can also use a mixture of them.
To make aguachile, the ideal is to use fresh jalapeño peppers, but if you can't get them, you can use the jalapeño that comes in a jar, like the one we use in this recipe.
