How To Make Baked rice au gratin

Step 1: We begin preparing our rice by adding the bacon to a frying pan over medium-high heat and cooking until browned.

Step 2: Add the cooked rice, cream, and 80 g of mozzarella cheese to a bowl and mix. Then add the bacon, corn, and leek and mix again.

Step 3: Next, in an ovenproof dish, add the rice mixture and spread it evenly throughout the dish. Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, and bake the rice in the oven until golden brown (if your oven does not have a broiler setting, set it to 220 ºC / 430 °F with the heat on top, and when you see that the surface of the rice is golden brown, it is ready). Remove the rice gratin from the oven and serve.
