Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chaulafan, for this, in a pot or wok with a little sunflower oil and medium heat, add the onion, garlic and let cook for a couple of minutes, then add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes more.
Step 2: Add the bacon and stir, then add the cumin powder, achiote paste or achiote powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, coriander, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
