How To Make Chicken in creamy sauce

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our chicken in creamy sauce by seasoning the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature with a little olive oil, we will sear them on both sides and set them aside (they will finish cooking in the sauce).

Step 2:

In the blender, add the crushed tomato, evaporated milk, onion, garlic, cream cheese, oregano, salt and blend until well integrated. Then, in a frying pan at medium temperature, add our sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes (add salt if necessary).

Step 3:
