How To Make Chicken with leek sauce

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken with leek sauce, for this, we salt and pepper our chicken fillets and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature and with a little olive oil, we will cook them until they are done (15 minutes approximately), reserve in a tray suitable for oven.

Step 2: In the same frying pan and at medium temperature, add the leek and let it poach (about 6 minutes) then add the cream, a little salt, a little pepper, the grated soft cheese, stir and let it cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat.

Step 3: We add our leek sauce over the chicken, add Parmesan cheese and take it to the oven to gratin for approximately 8 minutes (the time will depend on each oven, when you see that the top is golden brown, it is done). Once the gratin time is over, remove from the oven and our delicious chicken with leek sauce is ready.
