Ingredients to prepare Deluxe baked potatoes

4 cleaned potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
30 g. cornstarch
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise (for the sauce)
40 ml. of cooking cream (for the sauce)
juice of 1/2 lemon (for the sauce)
1 tablespoon garlic powder (for the sauce)
2 tablespoons of chopped chives (for the sauce)

How To Make Deluxe baked potatoes

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our deluxe potatoes, for this, we take the potato and cut it in the middle, then we make diagonal cuts as I show you in the video.

Step 2: Place the potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices (garlic, onion, paprika, thyme and oregano), add the cornstarch and stir, then add salt, oil and mix well.

Step 3: In a baking dish with a little oil, add the potatoes with the skin side down and bake them in the oven at 200º C / 396º F for 20 minutes.

Step 4: We continue with the deluxe sauce for our potatoes, for this, in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, chives, pepper and mix everything very well (it should be a creamy sauce as I show you in the video).

Step 5: After the cooking time, remove the potatoes from the oven and serve with our deluxe sauce, enjoy!
