How To Make Pork cheeks in red wine

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cheeks in red wine, for this, we salt and pepper the cheeks and then we are going to pass them through the wheat flour, covering them on all sides, then we shake the excess flour and introduce them in an express pot with a little olive oil, we seal them on both sides (1 minute on each side) and we remove them from the pot.

Step 2: In the same pot add the onion, garlic cloves and cook for 3 minutes, then add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrots and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Add the red wine and let the alcohol evaporate (2 minutes approximately), finally add the cheeks, the beef broth and when it starts to boil, cover our express pot and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 4: After 20 minutes, add a little salt, remove the cheeks from the pot, mash the sauce (if you want it even finer, pass it through a strainer), serve on a plate, add our sauce on top and we have our exquisite red wine cheeks ready.
