How To Make Pork loin with mushrooms

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork loin with mushrooms, for this, we salt and pepper the pork fillets and then in a frying pan, at medium temperature and with a little olive oil, we are going to seal them on both sides and set aside.

Step 2: In the same pan, add the onion and stir, then add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 3: Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the cream, a little salt and pepper, stir and let cook for a couple of minutes, then add the pork fillets and let cook for 8 minutes, turning them from time to time.

Step 4: Once the cooking time is over, remove from the heat and our delicious pork loin with mushrooms is ready (add some fresh parsley for garnish).
