How To Make Pork tenderloin in mushrooms sauce

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin in mushroom sauce, for this, in a frying pan at medium heat and with a little olive oil, add our medallions of pork tenderloin seasoned with salt and pepper and cook between 1 and 2 minutes on each side and set aside.

Step 2: In the same pan where we cooked our pork tenderloin, add a little more olive oil, add the onion, garlic, stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms, a little salt, a little pepper, stir again and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate (2 minutes) then add the beef broth and let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the cooking cream, a little salt, a little pepper, stir and let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until the sauce takes on a thicker texture.

Step 4: Add our pork tenderloin and let it cook for 5 minutes more (bathing it with the sauce) then, after 5 minutes, remove from the heat, serve on a plate, add some chopped parsley on top and our delicious pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce is ready.
