How To Make Pork tenderloin with whiskey

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork tenderloin with whiskey, for this, in a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter and let it melt, then add our tenderloin medallions (previously seasoned), seal them on both sides (1 minute on each side, no need to cook them completely as they will be finished in the sauce) and remove them from the pan.

Step 2: In the same pan we will add the garlic and let it brown a little, then add the whiskey and let evaporate all the alcohol (about 1 minute), then add the chicken broth (reserve a small part to dilute the cornstarch), the lemon juice, a little salt, stir and let it cook.

Step 3: Add the cornstarch to the little bit of broth that we reserved, mix very well until it dissolves completely and add it to the pan, this will make the sauce have a thicker texture, when we see that the sauce is already taking a thick texture, add the pork tenderloin medallions, let them cook for 5 minutes and we have ready our rich pork tenderloin with whiskey.
