Step 1: We begin the preparation of our sautéed chicken and vegetables, for this, in a bowl, we place our chicken and add the oregano, garlic powder, salt to taste, pepper to taste and stir well! Then in a frying pan with a little olive oil and medium high temperature, we incorporate our chicken and cook it until golden brown, set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan (add a little oil if necessary) add the carrot and cook for 3 minutes, then add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, stir and cook for 3 minutes, then add the onion, zucchini, a little salt, stir again and cook for 3 more minutes (as it is a sauté, the vegetables should be al dente, so we recommend cooking them for the indicated time).
Step 3: Add the reserved chicken, stir, cook for 1 minute, remove from the heat and our delicious and healthy chicken and vegetables sauté is ready.
