How To Make Beef stew with potatoes

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our beef stew with potatoes, for this, in a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil until hot, then add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, carrot, salt, stir and let cook for 10 minutes.
