We begin the preparation of our liver pate, for this, in a frying pan at medium temperature, we will add 30 g. of butter and when we see that it is melted, add the shallots, garlic and let cook until they are poached or transparent, then add the chicken liver, cinnamon, cloves, salt, pepper, thyme and stir, let cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

Remove the sprig of thyme and then in a food processor, add the liver and grind, then add the melted butter, brandy, creme fraiche and grind again until a homogeneous texture is obtained, serve in a bowl and our delicious liver pâté is ready.
