Ingredients to prepare Chocolate rice pudding
- 100 g. of arborio rice or bomba rice
- 900 ml. of whole milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 70 g. sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 70 g. of pure chocolate (melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals when the rice is ready and then stir in)
- Grated chocolate to decorate
How To Make Chocolate rice pudding
Step 1: We begin to prepare our delicious rice pudding with chocolate, for this, in a saucepan at medium low temperature, add the milk, cinnamon stick, vanilla and mix, at the moment it begins to boil, add the rice and let it cook for 45 minutes stirring constantly until the rice has a creamy texture.
Step 2: Add the sugar, stir and let cook for 10 more minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick from the rice and turn off the heat, then add the melted chocolate to our rice pudding and integrate.
Step 3: Let our chocolate rice pudding rest and when it is at room temperature, take it to the refrigerator, add a little grated chocolate when serving and enjoy this delight!
