Ingredients to prepare Meatballs in beer
How To Make Meatballs in beer
Step 1: We begin by seasoning our meatballs, for this, in a bowl we will place the minced meat, the onion, the garlic, the bread crumbs, the beaten egg, the perrins or English sauce, the salt, the pepper and we mix until we integrate very well, then we take a portion of the meat and we will give shape to our meatballs, we make a kind of little ball the size of a golf ball (we repeat this process until we use up all the meat).
Step 2: We coat our meatballs in flour and finally we will brown them in a frying pan with a little oil (about 5 minutes) and set aside.
Step 3: Now let's go with our beer sauce for our meatballs, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil, add the butter and let it melt, then add the onion, garlic and cook for 2 minutes, then add the carrot, tomato squares and stir, let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tomato concentrate, bay leaf, beer, beef broth, a little salt and pepper and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the bay leaf and blend the sauce in a blender, then in a pan, add our sauce and when it gets hot, add the meatballs and cook for 10 minutes more. Remove our meatballs from the heat, serve and enjoy.
