Ingredients to prepare Nutella cookies
- 180 g. of nutella
- 100 g. of nutella for filling
- 135 g. wheat flour (sifted)
- 1 egg
- Chopped hazelnuts
How To Make Nutella cookies
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our nutella cookies, for this, in a bowl or container, add the nutella, the egg and with the help of an electric mixer, beat for a couple of minutes, then add the flour and with the help of a spatula integrate everything very well, form a kind of ball and cover with plastic wrap, take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2: After the resting time, it is time to shape our cookies, to do this, we will form small balls (18 g. each) and place them on a baking sheet, keeping a distance of about 4 cm between each cookie.
Step 3: With the help of your finger, we will make a small hole in the middle of the cookies as shown in the video, then in a piping bag, we will put the other part of nutella and we will fill each of the cookies, finally add some hazelnuts on top and bake for 10 minutes at 170º C / 338 °F.
