Ingredients to prepare Puff pastry braid with Nutella
How To Make Puff pastry braid with Nutella
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our puff pastry with nutella, for this, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC / 356 ºF, then, on a flat surface, we place our puff pastry dough and add the nutella or the chocolate and hazelnut cream of your choice right in the middle, leaving the same space on both sides of the dough.
Step 2: With the help of a pizza cutter or knife, we will cut strips on the sides of the dough of about 1 cm (on the part of the dough that we left without nutella, see video) then we take each of the strips on both sides towards the center and diagonally, so that we form a braid.
Step 3: Coat the top with the egg and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, add a little powdered sugar on top and our delicious puff pastry braid is ready.
