How To Make Saganaki cheese

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our saganaki, for it, in a plate we add a beaten egg, we incorporate the feta cheese and we cover it completely, then we coat it in bread crumbs covering it also completely.

Step 2: In a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium high heat, add the cheese and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown, remove from heat and our delicious saganaki is ready.
