How To Make Salsa roja, Mexican red sauce

Step 1: To prepare our salsa roja, the first thing we must do is preheat our oven to 180 ºC / 356 °F, then in a tray (oven safe) we will add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili peppers, a little oil and cook for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are done.

Step 2: After 25 minutes, add to a blender, then add the coriander, lemon juice, oregano, a little salt, blend well and our delicious Mexican red sauce is ready.
