Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our strawberries with cream by cutting our strawberries into thin slices (we remove the leaves) and set aside.

Now let's go with the whipped cream, for this, in a bowl add the whipping cream (it is important that it is very cold, both the cream and the bowl where we are going to beat) and with the help of an electric whisk, we begin to beat, when we see that already begins to mount, add the vanilla essence, powdered sugar and continue beating until it is perfectly mounted as I show in the video (you will see that begin to form ridges and peaks in the cream) then we introduce the whipped cream in a pastry bag.
