How To Make Yuca frita (Fried yucca)
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our “yuca frita”, for this, we cut the ends of the yucca, then we remove the skin and then we cut it into sticks, then we are going to submerge them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: After the cooking time, remove the yuccas from the water and let them drain, then in a frying pan with oil and medium heat, add the yucca sticks and let them cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are golden brown, remove from the heat, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat and we have ready this delicious fried yucca.
