  • 1/2 red onion cut into thin julienne strips
  • 1 cucumber without skin, cut
  • 1 jalapeño bell pepper (if you like it spicier add more)
  • A handful of fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 6 limes

How To Make It

Step 1:
