  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 leek, chopped
  • 200 ml cooking cream or heavy cream
  • 70 ml white wine
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It
