1 garlic clove
500 ml. of cold water
130 g. almonds, skinless and raw
150 g. bread crumbs from the day before soaked in water
2 tablespoons of vinegar
100 ml. of olive oil

We begin the preparation of our ajo blanco, for this, in the blender or in a grinder we add the water, the bread crumbs, the almonds, the garlic clove and we grind very well (about 4 minutes).
