The Andalusian gazpacho is a very healthy and super nutritious dish and the best of all is that it is a very easy and quick recipe to prepare, you will see that in the blink of an eye you will have it ready.
Among the main ingredients to prepare this Andalusian gazpacho recipe, we have tomatoes, green bell pepper, cucumbers, onion and garlic, although the truth is that there are many versions of how to prepare gazpacho, each cook has his own way of doing it, although the result of all variations, is almost the same.

Ingredients
- 1 kg. of ripe tomatoes chopped in pieces
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our Andalusian gazpacho, for this, in the blender glass add the tomatoes, green bell pepper, cucumber, onion, garlic and beat very well, then add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, a little salt and beat again, reserve our gazpacho in the refrigerator for 2 hours (if you want the gazpacho to have a lighter texture, pass the mixture through a sieve and then add it back into the blender jar, adding a slice of bread and blend again).
Step 2:
After the time in the refrigerator, we serve our Andalusian gazpacho in a deep dish and add on top the bell pepper, cucumber, croutons, a little olive oil and we have our gazpacho ready!!!! enjoy!!!!
Tips To Prepare It
If you want the Andalusian gazpacho to have a lighter texture, pass the mixture through a strainer and then add it back into the blender jar, adding a slice of bread and blend again.
Keep the Andalusian gazpacho in the refrigerator so that it is very fresh when you serve it.
