Asian style chicken wings
Ingredients To Prepare Asian style chicken wings
- 24 chicken wings
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon panela powder
- 2 tablespoons of 5 Chinese spices
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground chili pepper
- Sesame seeds
- Finely chopped chives
How To Make Asian style chicken wings
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our Asian style chicken wings by adding all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and the spring onion in a bowl and mixing until well blended.
Step 2: Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add the previously prepared mixture, mix well and marinate for 2 hours (reserve a little of the marinade).
Step 3: After the marinating time, place our chicken wings in an ovenproof dish and cook at 180 ºC / 356 °F for 15 minutes (first cooking).
Step 4: Remove our chicken wings from the oven and with the help of a brush, glaze them with the reserved marinade and return the chicken wings to the oven for 15 minutes more.
Step 5: Remove from the oven, add sesame seeds and chives on top and our delicious Asian style chicken wings are ready!
