  • 100 g. (1 cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 ml. (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) of white wine
  • 1 onion cut into small squares
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped in slices
  • 40 g (3 tbsp) of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
