  • 1 smoked chorizo sausage (preferably Asturian)
  • 1 smoked black pudding (preferably Asturian)
  • A piece of bacon
  • 1 onion cut in half
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1 spoonful of powdered sweet paprika
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the elaboration of our fabada asturiana, for it, in an express pot we add the beans, the chorizo, the black pudding, the bacon, the onion, the clove of garlic, we cover with water up to 2 fingers above and we turn on the fire.
