- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 onion cut into julienne strips
- 100 ml of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked cod, to do this, preheat the oven to 180 ºC / 356 ºF, then in a container suitable for oven add the peppers, onion, garlic, a little olive oil, salt, then add the cod loins, add the white wine and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, after this time we have ready our delicious baked cod.
