- 1 salmon loin
- 1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 onion cut into julienne strips
- 2 potatoes cut into thin slices
- Dill to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Baked salmon with potatoes
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked salmon by preheating the oven to 200º C / 392 °F, then, in a baking dish, add the potatoes, onion, peppers, a little salt, a little pepper, a little olive oil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 2: On the other hand, we take our salmon loin and add a little salt, a little pepper and a little dill (the dill can be dry or fresh).
Step 3: After 25 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven, place our salmon on top, take it back to the oven and cook it for 12 minutes. It is very important not to exceed the cooking time so that the salmon does not overcook and become dry.
Step 4: Once the cooking time is over, remove from the oven and our delicious baked salmon is ready! Enjoy!
