  • 2 sea bass (ask the fishmonger to cut them in half)
  • 3 potatoes cut in thin slices
  • 1 chopped leek (you can substitute with onion)
  • 100 ml (3.4 oz) of white wine
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
