Today we teach you how to prepare a delicious baked sea bass with potatoes, a very easy recipe to make and that does not require much effort, it is so simple that it will always be good, also is a perfect choice for our everyday meals, plus you do not have to worry about the garnish as we will cook our sea bass on a base of potatoes and leeks that will serve as a garnish.
Ingredients
- 2 sea bass (ask the fishmonger to cut them in half)
- 3 potatoes cut in thin slices
- 1 chopped leek (you can substitute with onion)
- 100 ml (3.4 oz) of white wine
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked sea bass with potatoes, for this, in a baking dish, add the potatoes, leek, a little salt, a little pepper, a little olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 ºC / 356 ºF for 15 minutes.
Step 2: After 15 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and place the sea bass on top, season with a little salt and pepper, add the lemon juice, the white wine and put back in the oven at 180 ºC / 356 ºF for between 15 and 20 minutes (the cooking time of the sea bass will depend on its size).
Step 3: Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove from the oven and our delicious and easy baked sea bass with potatoes is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
As for the potatoes, we recommend that they are special potatoes for roasting, you can find them in the different supermarkets in your area, also if you like you can add other ingredients such as onion, peppers or whatever you like.
When you buy the sea bass, ask your fishmonger to clean them very well and to open them in two parts (removing the head, bone and tail).

This delicious baked sea bass does not need any garnish, as it comes with the potatoes included. You can also serve it with a salad as a starter and a good glass of wine.
