Baked stuffed pork loin
Ingredients To Prepare Baked stuffed pork loin
- Whole pork loin strip cut into rectangles
- 120 g. of cooked ham
- 120 g. of cured cheese
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1 onion cut into small squares
- 150 ml. of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Baked stuffed pork loin
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our baked stuffed pork loin, for this, on a flat surface we will place the pork loin strip and we will season it with salt and pepper, then on one of its sides, we will place the slices of ham, the slices of cheese and the slices of bacon (as I show you in the video).
Step 2: With a kitchen string, we will tie our pork loin as shown in the video.
Step 3: Place our pork loin in an ovenproof dish, add a little olive oil on top and bake for 30 minutes at 200º C / 392 °F, after this time, remove the pork loin from the oven and add the white wine on top, then put the pork loin back in the oven for 30 minutes more (the cooking time will depend on the size of the pork loin, in this recipe the weight was 1 kg).
Step 4: After the cooking time, remove our pork loin from the oven and reserve its juices, then in a pan with a little olive oil, add the onion and cook until slightly browned, then add the previously reserved juices from the pork loin and cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and blend the sauce.
Step 5: We take the piece of pork loin and cut it into fillets, add a little of the sauce on top and we have our delicious stuffed pork loin ready.
