  • 650 ml (22 oz) vegetable stock
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 50 g. (1.75 oz / 0.11 lb) raisins
  • 50 g. (1.75 oz / 0.11 lb) walnuts
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It
