Beer-braised pork loin
Ingredients To Prepare Beer-braised pork loin
- Whole pork tenderloin (approximately 1 kg.)
- 1 onion cut into pieces
- 2 carrots cut in slices
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 300 ml. of beer
- 1/2 tablespoon of powdered or fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make Beer-braised pork loin
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our pork loin in beer, for this, on a flat surface we will place our pork loin and we will add salt, pepper, thyme and rub all over the surface.
Step 2: In a frying pan at medium high temperature with olive oil, add the pork loin and seal it, then add the garlic cloves, the carrot, the onion and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the beer, bay leaf, salt and let our pork tenderloin cook for approximately 30 to 40 minutes over medium heat or until the meat is done.
Step 4: Once the cooking time is over, we remove our pork loin and reserve it, remove the bay leaf and blend all the sauce in the blender until a creamy texture is obtained.
Step 5: We take the piece of pork and cut into steaks, place on a plate and add the sauce on top and we have our pork loin with beer ready!!! enjoy!!!!
