- 2 cooked beets, cut into chunks
- 1 carrot cut into squares
- Juice of 4 oranges
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our beet juice, for this, in the glass of the blender add the beet, carrot, orange juice, beat for a minute and we have ready our rich beet juice (if you want a lighter texture, pass the juice through a strainer).

If you want the beet juice to have a lighter texture, strain it through a sieve.
