  • 700 g / 24.7 oz white tuna cut into loins
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400 ml / 13.5 oz of crushed natural tomato
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Step 1:

We begin the preparation of our white tuna with tomato sauce, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion, garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the green bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
