- 8 squid, cleaned and cut in rings
- All-purpose flour
- 5 g. (1 tsp) of baking powder
- Olive oil
- Lemon to taste

How To Make It
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our calamari Andalusian style, for this, in a deep dish add the wheat flour, add the baking powder and stir until the ingredients are completely integrated, then in the same bowl add the squid and coat them until they are completely covered (we can remove excess flour with a strainer) then in a pan with olive oil at medium high temperature, add the squid and let it cook for about 7 minutes or until golden brown, then remove it from the pan, place it on absorbent paper to remove excess fat and we have ready our delicious calamares a la andaluza
