  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into small squares
  • 200 ml (6.76 oz) crushed natural tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
