- 300 ml. of cooking cream or single cream
- 120 g. smoked bacon
- 1 chopped onion
- 40 g. grated pecorino cheese (can be Parmesan)
- Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our carbonara sauce with cream, for this, in a frying pan with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the onion and let it cook 3 minutes, then add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes more.
Step 2: Add the cooking cream, a little salt, a little pepper, stir, let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the pecorino cheese, cook for 1 minute, remove from the heat and our delicious carbonara sauce with cream is ready (serve it with spaghetti or any other type of pasta).
