  • 500 g. cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 700 ml. of vegetable broth
  • Cheese cut in cubes (the one you like the most)
  • Dried or fresh chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our cauliflower cream, for this, in a pot with a little olive oil and medium heat, add the spring onion, garlic clove and cook for about 4 minutes, then add the cauliflower, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.
