  • 4 special potatoes for boiling
  • 180 g. (6.4 oz) canned natural tuna fish
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons of aji amarillo paste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 avocado cut in slices
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Aji amarillo sauce for garnish
  • Salt to taste

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our causa limeña, for it, in a pot we put abundant water and we take to the fire, when we see that it begins to boil, we add the potatoes with everything and their skin and we let them cook for 25 minutes or until we see that the potatoes are already done (the time of cooking will depend on the type of potato that is used).
