  • 1 whole chicken breast cut into fillets
  • 1 onion cut into small squares
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 200 ml. (6.75 fl. oz.) of crushed tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered oregano for the sauce
  • 120 g. (4.2 oz.) mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken breast in tomato sauce, for this, we salt and pepper the chicken breasts and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature with a little olive oil, we are going to seal them on both sides (they will finish cooking in the sauce).
