  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground hot chili pepper
  • 100 g. cooked peas
  • 2 cooked and diced carrots
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 scrambled eggs, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons of perrins sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower oil

How To Make It
