  • 800 g. minced chicken
  • 50 g. bread
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • All-purpose flour
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 1 small onion, diced (for sauce)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley (for the sauce)
  • 200 g. chopped natural almonds (for sauce)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped (for the sauce)
  • 700 ml. chicken broth (for the sauce)

How To Make It

Step 1:

We begin by seasoning our chicken meatballs, to do this, in a bowl we will place the chopped chicken, salt, cumin, pepper, beaten egg and mix well to integrate, then we take a portion and begin to shape our meatballs, To do this, we form a ball about the size of a golf ball (we repeat this process until all the chicken is used up), then we coat our meatballs in flour and then we seal them in a frying pan at medium temperature with a little olive oil. Set the meatballs aside.

Now let's go with the sauce for our meatballs, for this, in a pan with a little olive oil, we will add the onion, garlic and cook for 2 minutes, then add the almonds and let cook for 3 minutes, then add the parsley, the chicken broth, a pinch of salt and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, remove from the heat, pour into the blender and blend until you get a sauce with a slightly thick texture (if you want it more liquid, add more chicken broth).
