Ingredients
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 tomato
- 2 chipotle chiles in marinade
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 80 ml. chicken broth
- 1 onion cut into julienne strips
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken tinga, for this, in the blender cup we add the tomatoes, the chipotle chili, the garlic, the oregano, the chicken broth and blend.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium high heat, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add the chicken, salt, the previously prepared mixture, stir and cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and we have our chicken tinga ready!
Tips To Prepare It
For this chicken tinga recipe, we use the cooked chicken breast, for this, in a pot with water and a little salt cook the breast for 35 minutes, let it cool down and shred it.
