Ingredients

  • 8 fillets of chicken thighs (can be chicken breast as well)
  • 2 very finely chopped leeks
  • 200 ml. (6.7 fl oz) cooking cream
  • 80 g. (2/3 cup) grated soft cheese
  • 50 g. (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Make It

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken with leek sauce, for this, we salt and pepper our chicken fillets and then in a frying pan at medium high temperature and with a little olive oil, we will cook them until they are done (15 minutes approximately), reserve in a tray suitable for oven.

Step 2: In the same frying pan and at medium temperature, add the leek and let it poach (about 6 minutes) then add the cream, a little salt, a little pepper, the grated soft cheese, stir and let it cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat.

Step 3: We add our leek sauce over the chicken, add Parmesan cheese and take it to the oven to gratin for approximately 8 minutes (the time will depend on each oven, when you see that the top is golden brown, it is done).
