  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (for marinade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken with parsley cream by placing the chicken strips in a bowl and adding the olive oil, salt, oregano, pepper and mix very well, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
