Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 125 g. / 4.4 oz fresh spinach
- 3 garlic clove, crushed
- 250 ml. / 8.45 oz cooking cream or heavy cream
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chicken with spinach, for this, we salt and pepper our chicken fillets and then, in a frying pan at medium high temperature and with a little olive oil, we will cook them until they are almost done, 3 minutes on each side approximately (they will be finished later in the sauce) and we reserve them.
Step 2: In the same pan add the garlic and let it cook for 1 minute, then add the cream and stir, add the lemon juice, the spinach and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add a little salt and pepper.
Step 3: Add our chicken fillets and cook for 8 minutes (turning them over), remove from the heat and our delicious chicken with spinach is ready.
Tips To Prepare It
For this chicken with spinach recipe, we use chicken breast fillets but you can also use chicken thigh fillets.
If you do not have cream, you can substitute it with natural yogurt without sugar.
