Ingredients
- 300 g. of cooked canned chickpeas
- 1/2 onion cut into small squares
- 1 avocado cut into squares
- 1 tomato cut into squares
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- 30 ml. olive oil
- 30 ml. white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It
Step 1: We begin the preparation of our chickpea and avocado salad, for this, in a bowl add the chickpeas, onion, tomato, cilantro and stir, then add the avocado and stir again.
Step 2: Add the wine vinegar, olive oil, a little salt, a little pepper, integrate and we have ready our delicious and fresh salad of chickpeas and avocado.
