- 300 g. (10.6 oz / 0.66 lb) cooked canned chickpeas
- 1 chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes
- 1 onion cut into small squares
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- Lamb's lettuce to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make It

Tips To Prepare It
As for the chickpeas, we use some canned chickpeas that are already cooked, it will save us time in the kitchen, but if you want, you can buy the raw grain and cook them at home.
